Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Scope

This policy governs the cancellation and refund conditions for annual subscription services provided to healthcare institutions (hospitals) via the Mutlu Anne platform. No charges apply to app users (pregnant women, doctors).

2. Subscription Model

Mutlu Anne subscriptions are offered on an annual basis. Payment is made via İyzico infrastructure using a credit/debit card or saved card. Subscription activation occurs immediately upon successful payment.

3. Cancellation Conditions

• Your cancellation request will be processed within 2 business days of receipt.

• After cancellation, the subscription remains active until the end of the current period; no renewal will occur.

• Cancellations during the free trial period are not subject to any fee.

5. Plan Upgrade / Downgrade

• Plan upgrade: The remaining duration of the current subscription is applied as a prorated credit toward the new plan. The difference is charged.

• Plan downgrade: The new plan takes effect at the end of the current subscription period. No early refund is issued.

7. Governing Law

This policy is governed by Turkish law. In case of disputes, Istanbul Courts and Enforcement Offices have jurisdiction.
